Description: The architect Maurizio Martiniello tastefully redesigns an elegant villa that overlooks one of the most beautiful coasts of Sardinia. The exterior becomes the protagonist, creating amazing spaces in respect of the original construction. The villa, built on three levels, is surrounded by a garden created by Gianpaolo Carta in Arzachena. The architecture’s interior design has been exalted by a choice of furnishings, fabrics and objects, made by specialized craftsmen and brands who seem to have coexisted with the property forever.
