Daniele Statera was born in Rome in 1971. He received a degree in Industrial Design from Rome’s La Sapienza university. His projects oscillate between industrial design, visual communications and photography. Daniele Statera is part of the newer generation of artists searching for new ways to make and communicate his multifaceted art, which contemporaneously includes industrial design, film, theatre, photography, video, experimental music, architecture, literature, poetry, and comic illustration.
His vital, varying design is defined by strong expression translated into colourful, multi-shaped, functional objects and graphics mixed together seamlessly.
